Новосибирск, Россия), содержащий наночастицы серебра, и ферментный препарат для консервации кормов Биосиб Ацид (НПО «Сиббиофарм», г. Бердск, Россия). Для исследования использовали штаммы микроорганизмов и их изоляты – St. aureus АТСС 25953, St. epidermidis АТСС 14990, Str. agalactiae АТСС12386, Str. disgalactiae АТСС27957, Str. pyogenes АТСС 19615, S. enteritidis АТСС 13076, Pr. vulgaris АТСС 6380, P. aeruginosa АТСС 27853, e. Coli АТСС 25922. Определение чувствительности микроорганизмов к антибактериальным веществам и их сочетаниям проводили методом последовательных серийных разведений в МПБ. В качестве изучаемых средств использовали водное 10,0%-е разведение препарата Арговит, 10,0%-й водной раствор препарата Биосиб Ацид и 10%-й лабораторный образец препарата Аргоцид, состоящий из 10,0 %-го препарата Арговит и 10,0%-го препарата Биосиб Ацид в равном количестве. Проведение оценки бактерицидной активности препаратов Арговит, Биосиб Ацид и лабораторного образца препарата Аргоцид позволил построить ряд убывающей антимикробной активности установить, где наибольшие показатели отмечены у Str. disgalactiae АТСС27957 (0,01 мкг/ мл) ˃ St. aureus АТСС 25953, Str. agalactiae АТСС 12386, E. coli АТСС 25922 (0,05 мкг/ мл) ˃ St. epidermidis АТСС 14990 (0,1 мкг/мл) ˃ S. enteritidis АТСС 13076 (0,2 мкг/мл) ˃ Kl. pneumoniae 71, Pr. vulgaris АТСС 6380 (0,5 мкг/мл). Бактерицидная активность изучаемых препаратов была значительно ниже (в 2–20 раз) для полевых изолятов референтных штаммов Klebsiella pneumoniae (2,0 мкг/мл) ˃ S. enteritidis (1,25 мкг/мл) ˃ Pr. vulgaris (1,0 мкг/мл) ˃ St. aureus (1,0 мкг/мл) ˃ Str. disgalactiae (0,1 мкг/мл) ˃ St. epidermidis (0,1 мкг/мл) ˃ Str. agalactiae (0,05 мкг/мл) ˃ E. coli (0,05 мкг/мл), что можно объяснить длительным контактом в организме животного с антибактериальными веществами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A laboratory sample of the drug Argocide has been developed, which includes the drug Argovit (LLC NPTS Vector-Vita, Novosibirsk, Russia) containing silver nanoparticles and an enzyme preparation for the preservation of feed Biosib Acid (NPO Sibbiopharm, Berdsk, Russia). Strains of microorganisms and their isolates were used for the study – St. aureus ATCC 25953, St. epidermidis ATCC 14990, Str. agalactiae ATCC12386, Str. disgalactiae ATCC27957, Str. pyogenes ATCC 19615, S. enteritidis ATCC 13076, Pr. vulgaris ATCC 6380, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, E. Coli ATCC 25922. The sensitivity of microorganisms to antibacterial substances and their combinations was determined by the method of sequential serial dilutions in BCH. The studied drugs were an aqueous 10.0% dilution of Argovit, a 10.0% aqueous solution of Biosib Acid and a 10% laboratory sample of Argocide, consisting of 10.0% Argovit and 10.0% Biosib Acid in equal amounts. An assessment of the bactericidal activity of Argovit, Biosib Acid and a laboratory sample of Argocide allowed us to build a series of decreasing antimicrobial activity, to establish where the highest indicators were noted in Str. disgalactiae ATCC27957 (0.01 mcg/ml) St. aureus ATCC 25953, Str. agalactiae ATCC 12386, E. coli ATCC 25922 (0.05 mcg/ml) St epidermidis ATCC 14990 (0.1 mcg/ml) S. enteritidis ATCC 13076 (0.2 mcg/ml) Kl. pneumoniae 71, Pr. vulgaris ATCC 6380 (0.5 mcg/ml).
