Исследования проведены в ОАО «Ваганово» Промышленновского района Кемеровской области на популяции овец романовской породы. Подготовка проб проводилась по методу П. Мурхед, а их окрашивание – по Романовскому-Гимзе. Изучено 2580 метафазных пластинок крови баранчиков. В зоне их разведения была тщательно проанализирована экологическая обстановка. Исследования почвы, кормов, органов и тканей у сельскохозяйственных животных разных видов подтверждают, что на территории Западной Сибири отсутствуют загрязнения тяжелыми металлами в пределах санитарно-защитных зон. Установлены определенные закономерности наследственной обусловленности соматической хромосомной нестабильности у овец романовской породы. Определено влияние генотипа баранов-производителей на количество фрагментов хромосом в клетках крови потомства. В потомстве разных отцов выявлены различия по фенотипической изменчивости. Показано, что у сыновей некоторых отцов количество фрагментов хромосом оказалось в 3,2 раза выше, чем у потомков других производителей. В связи с отсутствием сведений о соматической хромосомной нестабильности, а именно, числе фрагментов хромосом в клетках овец романовской породы в условиях Сибири, полученные данные можно предварительно принять в качестве физиологической нормы, а также использовать для характеристики интерьера животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper demonstrates the research results on somatic chromosomal instability that includes the number of chromosomal fragments in the blood cells of the ram descendants, obtained from Romanov servicing rams. The research was carried out on the populations of Romanov sheep at OAO “Vaganovo” in Promyshlennovsky district of the Kemerovo region. The samples were prepared by means of the P. Murkhed method and stained using the Romanovsky-Gimza method. 2580 metaphase blood plates of lambs were studied. The authors analyzed the environmental situation in the breeding area. Studies of soil, fodder, organs and tissues of the animals of different species confirm that there are no heavy metal pollution within the sanitary protection zones in Western Siberia. The authors found out the hereditary regularities of somatic chromosomal instability in the Romanov sheep. The researchers identified the impact of servicing rams genotype on the quantity of fragments of chromosomes in the blood cells of the offspring. The differences in phenotypic variability were revealed in the offspring of different ram-males. The paper shows that the number of chromosome fragments in the sons of some fathers was 3.2 times higher than in the descendants of other servicing rams.
